{"id":965,"date":"2009-12-09T19:28:27","date_gmt":"2009-12-09T19:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/voteforjoe.com\/wheresjoe\/?p=403"},"modified":"2009-12-09T19:28:27","modified_gmt":"2009-12-09T19:28:27","slug":"where-are-the-voices-of-reason","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voteforjoeblog.com\/?p=965","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Where are the voices of reason?&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I recently talked with Ken Peters in South Bend, Indiana. \u00a0 He was stationed at Alamagordo Air Force Base in New Mexico next to White Sands &#8212; during the time the first atom bomb was tested. \u00a0 Since then, the U.S. has gone on to amass thousands of nuclear weapons. \u00a0 Peters is opposed to nuclear weapons proliferation and speaks out against it regularly. \u00a0 He points to Jack Mendelsohn, a former US.
