An AP story today said that the “foreclosure crisis” is worsening. \u00a0 The latest evidence was a report Thursday that a rising proportion of fixed-rate home loans made to people with good credit are sinking into foreclosure nationwide, according to the article. \u00a0 The state hardest hit is Florida where one in four mortgages were either past due or in foreclosure… \u00a0 Now, this can be viewed as a “crisis.” \u00a0 Or this can be viewed as a step toward a part of the<\/em> new economy<\/em> \u00a0 we propose when it comes to real estate. \u00a0 In the new economy, many more people go to house-sharing. \u00a0 This halves expenses. \u00a0 The mortgage is half. \u00a0 The utilities are half. \u00a0 You share furniture, appliances, lawn equipment… \u00a0 Urban sprawl starts to reverse. \u00a0 Global warming gases diminish significantly.
